Ordering Online
Most all our our products are available
for online ordering. Go to the 'Products' section to begin
adding items to your shopping cart.
Phone or Mail Orders
Thompson Enamel accepts
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. When you use your charge
card, do not include shipping charges in your total. Your
packing slip will show correct charges for items shipped.
Your next month's Visa, MasterCard or Discover billing will show
the total charged cost of your purchases, including shipping.
Purchases not made on
Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover must be accompanied by a check or
money order. Add 10% to your total to cover shipping and
handling. Thompson Enamel does not maintain personal charge
accounts for individuals. Charges must be made to either
Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Sorry - No C.O.D.'s.
Purchases are shipped
U.P.S. whenever possible, unless otherwise requested. A
street address is required for U.P.S. delivery. U.P.S. will
not deliver to a post office box number.

Always fill out your
order blank as completely as possible. Please be sure to
include your phone number so we can notify you of any price
changes or other discrepancies.
Adjustments
or Returns
Upon receipt of your
order, please inspect contents and notify us immediately
of any discrepancy or damage by calling one of our sales
representatives for return authorization at 1 859 291-3800.
This will allow us to serve you in a more efficient manner.
We can replace, exchange or refund for any purchase which is
incorrect, damaged or defective in any way. All other
returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Product Availability
We make every effort to
insure we are fully stocked on every item in the catalog so that
we may ship your order complete. Occasionally we must back
order and ship at a later date. If for any reason you do not
wish to have items back ordered, please mark your order form
indicating one of the following choices: (a) please contact
me for substitutions, or (b) cancel out-of-stock
items. Back orders are shipped promptly upon receipt of
out-of-stock items. All orders are shipped out in the order
they are received. |
